• GL 2200 Camera Assembly contains the CCD camera and lensing system. This assembly is designed as a single serviceable unit
• The Gel Logic 2200 Camera is cooled to –29 ° C to allow for the sensitive imaging of low light signals, such as chemiluminescence and faint fluorescence

A 6x zoom lens allows continuous adjustment of the field of view from 4.7 cm x 3.5 cm to 28 cm x 21 cm (28 microns/pixel at full zoom)

Integrated Imaging Cabinet

The GL Integrated Illumination Cabinet integrates both transillumination and epi-illumination for both UV and white light excitation allowing you to image a wide variety of fluorescent and colorimetric samples. The cabinet provides a light-tight environment for chemiluminescent imaging and is equipped with built-in white light epi-illumination for imaging opaque samples like plates and colorimetric blots.

Quantitative imaging performance

• Detects fluorescent signals at picomole to femtomole levels and is as sensitive as autoradiography film for most chemiluminescence applications
• Captures 16-bit single images with n-bit file accumulations providing excellent linearity (dynamic range of > 4 orders of magnitude) enabling visualization and accurate quantitation of faint and bright bands
