  • Produce intensity, geometry and positional data for any Region of Interest
  • Three step lane and band analysis lets you quickly calculate molecular weight and mass of proteins and nucleic acids
  • Differential Display and Gel Comparison tools allow comparison between lanes and images

Advanced Image Display Control

  • Use over 30 software filters, image histogram adjustment, and pseudocolors to optimize image appearance on screen and in print
  • Feature Masking and Image Overlay tools allow simultaneous display of multiplexed features of interest

User Friendly Navigation

  • Palette driven workflow provides convenient access to toolbars and commands to a specific area of workflow such as Image, Lanes, Manual ROIs, Auto ROIs, Grid ROIs, Annotations, and Database

Flexible Format

  • Acquire images from KODAK Image Station or Gel Logic digital imaging system, and TWAIN-compliant camera or scanner system, or open TIFF or JPEG images saved from other imaging systems
